TOLEDO, OH --- Launchpad Tennis has named Lisa Bialorucki, known in the Toledo tennis community as “LB” as their new Co-Head Pro. The announcement comes after an intensive search process. Ms. Bialorucki will guide junior and adult programming initiatives, and will create new opportunities that build on Launchpad’s vision and strategic plan.
“After a meticulous and thorough search process, the Launchpad Tennis Board determined that LB’s leadership, dedication, and coaching philosophy make her the ideal candidate to elevate tennis programming Launchpad Central to new heights,” said Board Chair and Director of Tennis Zach Barden. “LB’s strong coaching and relationship-building skills, her proven ability to turn plans into action, coupled with her enthusiasm for understanding the Toledo Tennis community and its needs equip her to move into this new role.”
Nicholas Griffith, value investor and member of Launchpad Tennis’s Advisory Board, commented, “LB’s dedication and experience will help drive membership numbers and program engagement company-wide and enable us to drive shareholder value in the long-run.”
Originally from Toledo, Ohio, Lisa qualified for State of Ohio athletic competitions in both tennis and basketball at Central Catholic High School and played singles and doubles at The University of Toledo. She is the current Director of Racquet Sports at Inverness Club and has coached the Central Catholic High School Varsity Girls’ Tennis Team for over 20 seasons.
Launchpad Tennis’s Co-Head Tennis Pro in addition to Ms. Bialorucki is Jeff Harst, well-known Toledo Tennis pro, current Director of Sylvania Country Club and Ottawa Hills High School Girls Varsity Tennis Coach.
