Court Rentals

Court reservations must be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled reservation time, or the customer is subject to the full charge (first offense - half charge).

Private Lessons

Primetime private lessons (Monday-Friday 3:30-7:30pm) are reserved for Launchpad members who actively participate in 2 Launchpad classes per week.
You must cancel your private lesson at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged.

Adult Drop-Ins

Cancellation of any Adult Drop-In classes requires at least 24 hours advance notice or is subject to full charge. No make-ups will be allowed unless we can fill the class following late notice of cancellation.
All Adult Drop-In classes (of course) allow drop-ins, but we highly recommend signing up in advance, since our classes often fill up.

Registration Changes

Once a session has begun, there are no refunds, credits, or changes permitted for junior programming unless a level change is approved by a teaching pro (medical/injury reasons with a doctor’s note would be the only exception).
We are unable to accommodate course changes once a session has started. Players must attend classes on the day and time they are registered for. This is to provide the highest quality instruction for all of our players with suitable student-to-teacher ratios and assigned courts. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

Registration & Payment

Enrollment in junior courses requires payment at the time of registration to reserve your spot.
We offer member pricing for a new student’s first session in any beginner course.
Course fees will be prorated at the time you register if it is mid-session.
Course fees will not be prorated in advance.
If you withdraw from a junior course before a session begins we will refund the original form of payment - All junior courses must be paid for by credit card or check. Cash is not accepted.

Make-up & Drop-in Classes

To maintain an appropriate player-to-coach ratio, we are unable to offer drop-in classes for junior programming.
We offer two make-up classes per session, with all make-up classes being dependent upon class availability. All make-up classes must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Do not, under any circumstances, just send your child to Launchpad Tennis for a make-up class without providing us with notice, either by phone, text, or email. Failure to schedule and receive approval for make-up classes will result in a child being prohibited from joining that day’s class.
Launchpad works hard to maintain consistent clinic numbers and to schedule the correct number of our experienced teaching professionals and court space in those clinics. Fluctuating numbers limit our ability to provide the best learning environment and customer service experience possible, we thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.

Waitlists

If you are on a junior course waitlist and a spot opens up in that course, you will be automatically enrolled, charged, and notified via email.
If your plans change and you no longer want the waitlist spot, please notify us right away at hello@launchpadtennis.com to avoid unwanted course placement and charges.

Advanced Courses

Advanced courses require registration of at least 2 days/week for Next Gen and 3 days/week for World Tour
All players in World Tour are required to participate in one competitive event (e.g. USTA or UTR junior tournaments, high school matches) per session.
Placement in our advanced junior courses requires an evaluation by one of our teaching pros.
